Back in July, I requested to have New Year’s Eve off, however they told me that I shouldn’t have had New Year’s Eve off LAST year also. I also had that same date off too and I was put on the “waitlist.” I guess that makes sense. I noticed a co worker Who I’m friendly with is off this week after Christmas. Odd, because I think she was off the few days after Christmas too. Sure enough I looked at the calendar to verify and she had vacation days after Xmas. I’m like wth? I’m not sure if she got some sort of favoritism because everyone knows she has a family a husband and kids and I don’t? If they say it’s company policy then why did they let HER have th same holidays off? Link to post Share on other sites
