ThatJustHappened Posted September 26, 2012 Share Posted September 26, 2012 I worked a short term job at a VERY large company to help them set up a brand new department. They decided that they wanted to create a job for me and hire me full time when they can, which will likely be 4-6 months from now. I know they're insanely busy at the moment (right now it's 2 people doing the jobs of 6 until they're up and running and have the budget they need to bring extra help in) so I don't want to be a nuisance, but they told me to keep in touch. How often should I check in to remind them about me? I was thinking every 3 weeks or so..is this too much? Not enough? I want to add that this is my dream job at my dream company, and I REALLY want to make sure they don't forget about me. I'm working somewhere else at the moment (another short term contract job) but I'm not loving it and I can leave any time. Link to post Share on other sites
