As such, no meeting invitation has been shown in his calender. He keeps deleting the meeting invitation I sent to him. Why?! Link to post Share on other sites

Unless there is bad feeling between you and your boss, I would just ask him why he has deleted the meeting requests. You could just say 'I think you may have accidentally deleted the meeting requests I've sent you' and see what he says. He's either going to confirm that he doesn't know what he's doing or give some sort of explanation. He could be eccentric, of course, and not like technology organising his life. If this is the case, you can either put up with trying to work round him, gradually persuade him it will make his life easier, or move on and get another job.
