Sunblast Posted November 5, 2007 Share Posted November 5, 2007 It seems like a stupid question, and maybe it is -- after all, most lawyers are completely overworked. Having been through law school and in the working world a little bit, I should know. But I still wonder: what's a good way to get to know some swamped attorneys and become their assistant, where they email/fax me some work, I do it, and send it back with an invoice. My goal is to have a few people so that they total 40 hours a week, so I can work from home. I sent some letters out today (about 50), some to introductions and some to random single-practitioners. norajane Posted November 5, 2007 Share Posted November 5, 2007 Does your city have a legal newspaper you can advertise in? We have the Law Bulletin, and most lawyers subscribe. Otherwise, I'd say try the bars near the courthouse after hours... Link to post Share on other sites
