question about weight lifting

Recommended Posts

hey, after a long time, obviously, you gain more muscle and muscle tone.

heres my question : once you've reach a certain amont of muscle size and tone, how can you keep that level ? do u just use the same amount of weights constantly to keep those muscles where they are?

yes. that's pretty much how it is done. You lift weights at that point to keep tone, but not build anymore size - heaveir weights will start building size again. It's actually harder to find your perfect stabilization zone - then burning off all the fat and getting in shape hahaha

I reached this point once a while back, and took me weeks to work out how much food I could eat, how often I could eat, and how often I had to go to the gym, to remain at one weight level and keep the muscle tone.

Now I'm on the kick of getting the perfect male underwear model body  so I have a whole new goal of trying to reach that 6% BF range with every abdominal muscle defined. This is gonna keep me busy for while hahaha
