131313 Posted February 20, 2013 Share Posted February 20, 2013 I cried, layed in bed all day, moped around, drank, smoked some stuff, ate crappy food and cried some more. It's been weeks of that nonsense and I finally got in the gym for the first time today. I haven't been able to eat much the past few days but at least I've been eating healthy foods for 3 days. 2 weeks of a good gym workout every day and I will be in good mental health again, or at least well on my way. Plus keeping fit is one of the best ways to keep a man interested in you- they are wired to be more visual than women. While dating someone exclusively I didnt give up my gym routine...
