In theory, for every 3.5k calories worth of food I consume in excess of maintenance calories, should yield a gain of 1lb fat. My maintenance cals are 2100 (give or take), so that's 10000-2100= 7900. That's should be a gain of at least 2lbs post binge..but that's not the case. Weighing myself, I'm at the same weight I was when I weighed myself in the morning and I still looked ripped, albeit pumped due to the glycogen storage, but my abs are still defined regardless. I know a lot of the alleged weight gain is supposed to be water weight (your body retaining more water for a few days, before you deflate back to normal weight) and some should be a small increase in fat, but nothing! -_- I want to know why. Isn't my body processing the calories properly? I'm at a loss Link to post Share on other sites

Like legitimate cheating (internal health aside). Your small intestines are just a fancy osmotic filter and only so much material can pass through during the transit time of your food. There are lots of studies out there about this. I'm pretty certain I didn't expend 7100 calories in one day. I pretty much sat at home all day and went to town on my fridge.
