Need [advice on why she went cold shoulder]

Recommended Posts

Ok there is this girl I like. Meet about three years ago but never made a move just talked here and there and didn't show I like her. Well about a month ago she contacted me and went and hung out and then after wards about week later we hung out again. According to her friends she likes the fact that her parents like me and that she likes me also this is coming from a friends of mines sister which knows her. She gives littles hints I think like she make sure I knew she was a good girl, she would laugh at pretty much anything I say, she like the fact that I came and seen her. The problem now is after the day I found out she liked me I feel like she went cold shoulder. I always use to try to hard back in the day and now I feel Like sometimes I don't try enough, but I believe I have gave her enough hints. What do y'all think?

Sometimes "hints" aren't enough...communication - clear communication is needed.

Like I was listening to the radio the other day and oddly enough some woman was looking for advice as to what to do with a guy who worked with her. She said he'd hang around her and stuff. The people on the radio gave her the "modern" advice of 'Maybe he's waiting for you to make a move'?

Well guess what? I thought that too. That I need to make a move cuz maybe he was waiting on me to do it....and, now I come to find out that I was dead wrong. His version is that he didn't like what I was doing and "thought" that I was picking up on hints he was dropping.

So, please, "communicate". Get up and speak to "her" - not her sister, friend, mother. And be clear in your communication. Stop dropping "hints" or "assuming" what she says/does is a "hint" for you to do or not do something.

Gosh, posting this was exhausting...see how trying to explain communication needs can be exhausting? Avoid exhausting and just "communicate"

Well, guaranteed this is not the woman you're gonna spend the rest of your life with, but since you're young this is the time to relax, date not so intensely and really just have fun getting to know people, yourself, and how to go about dating so when you're ready, you can make a wise choice in a woman.

You'll get more confident the more you practice something. I still get nervous too, but I think it's cuz like an old dog, I haven't broken my bad dating skills/habits. So speak to her and just keep on working on communication.

Also, when you talk more with someone, walls break down and you'll find yourself more relaxed to speak to them too.

:)
