I was scrolling through backpage and saw a few ads sa NO BLACK MEN on there ads or saying no thugs or pimps even stating they don't see black men under a certain age . why is this ? From what i knoeven any man mixed with with black. Ive seen in real life there are WHITE men that are thugs and pimps and some that are just very disrespectful just as there are other men in different races that are like this . Some in there ads even say they only see white men only and no other races .

 

you might think there might only be white escorts saying this but i saw some blck and Hispanic women say this too and in different cities in the us the same escort would post a different ad and it wont say it at all . its mostly the southern states that they say this ironically. But i just wanna understand why ? P.s ive seen a. Couple of ads that said they see black men only and they were white why would they want to see them and others dont ?

Hey man, this isn't the reason. *All* clients are assumed to have HIV and escorts are protected from it.

But I just have to speak up on the penis thing. Complete myth. You cannot assume penis size at all from race. As I've mentioned, I know some escorts. Some of my friends are escorts and I know the whole industry from their side. My friends' vajs have been destroyed by Greek guys and plenty of Asian guys too (who are rumored to have the smallest of all, but don't), as well as standard white.

 

Just as race doesn't determine what a woman's depth to cervix and overall size, neither does it determine a guy's size. It's luck of the draw.

A lot of escorts won't see any men under a certain age.

 

While everything else said here might be true, I don't think a woman has to be racist just because she doesn't want to cross race lines. It is still a highly personal business and they all have lines they don't cross.

 

 

Also. you said you saw a few ads and then claimed that escorts hate black men, as if this was true of all of them. How do you equate a few to meaning all? How many ads did not make such a specification? In backpage there are what, hundreds? So a few out of hundreds?

I think this is a fair point, can't believe I didn't think of it! I just wrote about this specifically in my class Cultural Aspects of Medicine. Also, condom use is lower in the black community and perhaps they pressure more to not use one with the escorts.

I have known a couple of escorts (never paid for one). As it happens, I'm also a black man.

 

What I've been told is that black men either are perceived as being "too hood" (i.e. ghetto) or they attempt to get slick and negotiate prices lower (which I can admit I have actually seen happen ). Even black escorts tend to see predominantly white customers because of this.

 

Is what it is, I suppose.
