timsme Posted April 29, 2014 Share Posted April 29, 2014 My husband abandoned my daughter and I for some time now. 2 months, 3 weeks to be exact. He has called our bank account and had the money transferred into a new account and reported the debit card I use for purchases, gas, etc; stolen so I have no way of getting access to the money. Nor' do I have any other source of income. Tomorrow I have surgery, I called him for money to get my prescription filled, gas, to put food in the house for my 6 year old but he's now lying saying there isn't any money. I'm hurt. Angry. Just overly overwhelmed. I need to know what can I do? How do I go about filing for spousal support? 1 Link to post Share on other sites
