Should I break NC and tell her to get on with it or file myself? From a legal point of view, is it better for me or her to file? We could probably agree on a division of assets. Problem is I'd have to do some convincing to get her agreement on the percentage I think is fair to me. I had hoped to avoid talking to her. If we can, I'd like to keep lawyer expenses to a minimum.
