What's the best way to cope? The fastest?

Title pretty much says it all. Is it better to keep it on your mind, and cry it all out till u can't no more? So should u openly allow yourself to feel hate and pain until u can't no more? Or When it is on your mind, is it better to just forget about it totally and try to think about something else, and deny these feelings?

I really just think it's time. People process things differently. So for some it takes more time. The things that make you move on the fastest is going out and doing new things. That way when a certain amount of time has passed and you have amounted so many other meaningful memories it will feel further away and more removed from your psyche.
