jean-luc sisko
My friend often says she has circular thoughts. As an example, she may think: - I want to lose weight - But I don't get the time to do so - I want to lose weight - I don't get the time to do so And this circle weighs her down. IMO, people who cannot override setbacks in goals succumb to this. I think that if a person is focused on a goal, they should rationalise to themselves that this is the only path and nothing should dissuade them from it.
