alivingpoem Posted June 24, 2005 Share Posted June 24, 2005 recently, i've tried to break up with my boyfriend of 10 months. i care for him deeply; however, our situation is rather difficult. (my parents don't really approve. they think he is a nice guy, but they would rather i not date seriously until i am an established professional.) i've tried breaking up in the past, all due to our 'situation,' but every time i try he says he simply isn't ready to end the relationship. how should i interpret his answer, if at all? should i be worried? I can' just go up to Mr. Hotguy and tell him we are dating, cause i think we should. It had to be agreed on. so if you do not want to date dude, tell him "whatever", but you are done.
