I'm at the end of going through it myself. I want you to know that it will get better and you can be happy again. Keep the no-contact going. If you talk or even worse sleep with your ex your back at square one. (Especially for women)! Be pro-active in your healing and you will get there. Maybe your not ready to hear the above paragraph. Maybe your in survival mode. Well, don't have high expectations of yourself during this period. Watch TV all day or sleep. Do what you have to do. When thing I found amazing about heart break is that I felt it in the body too not just in the mind. So it can make you sick. So take care of your self. My heart is with you! You will get there!
