Men present days generally preferred women making the first move. Few women (and few men) viewed that chasing the other gender is a portayal of weak will and desperation. In all fairness, I personally think that whoever who make the first move is bound to raise the other person on the pedestal. What do you think? Usually when a women hits on me, I already knew she was into me anyway. In a large portion of those situations, it was just a matter of time before I was going to hit on her anyway.
