Adriel Posted September 5, 2003 Share Posted September 5, 2003 Er' I want to make some female freinds, each time I talk to girls in a conversation its all good, but then its always just "hi" after that. Im quite the shy one, somtimes the girl will be cute and attractive which makes me more nervous even though Im not looking for a releationship. Another reason is that I feel that she may think that I am interested in a date with her if I asked her if she wants to hangout or do something, when Im really just looking for some friends. I dont want to type much, but if you know what Im talking about, what else could I say or ask a girl so It doesent seem like im hitting on her, yet still have a chance of making some close friends. -THanks Link to post Share on other sites
guest Posted September 5, 2003 Share Posted September 5, 2003 ok, though I'm not a fan of lying, embelish a little. Think of a girl you like, or if necessary make one up a little. Once the conversation is going, work that in for a little advice on if she thinks the girl likes you. I'm also always assuming guys are hitting on me, and usually they are. The odds are kindof against you, but if you want to be recognized as non-threatening, and not just trying to hit on her, talk about another girl. In the romantic world it's the biggest turnoff, so it puts things right at the friendship level. Don't misconstrue this and talk only about another girl, cause then she'll just think you're annoying.
