First time dating tips

Well let me start it off. I asked this girl out on a movie and we talked, then she told me if it was ok to go the movies as "freinds", She said that because of her previous experiences with her ex-boyfeinds. That did not bother me at all, althgouth i was dissapointed but I was ok with it. Everything went so fine because i asked her if i was bothering her she said that if i was then she would have hung up on a long time ago.

 

I dont want to sound like jerk but I want to become more then freind with this girl . I mean i was thinking to help her out because she has some family probkems etc...

 

So we are gonna go to the movies on sunday nite and i wanna know what do i do? I mean i am so nervouse around her that i will say somethingj stupid and how would ask her about her previous boyfreinds? because i wanna know what happened so i can help her. Also aswell , i was wondering if i should give a christams gift because I dunno if that is the right thing to do.

 

We are both 18 met at school and not that close but i wanna know her more....

 

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Hey Fatty if you really like this girl tell her how you feel. Then see what she says to that. That's all you need to do. You shouldn't have to waste your time being "friends" with her if you are looking for something more. Unless, of course, she wants to take the "friends first" route. But after awhile if she doesn't put out (I know that sounds bad, but you know what I mean), it's obviously she just wants to be firends with you and that's it. Personally, I can't just be friends with a girl I really like. Too painful. I'm personally in a relationship where a guy is in love with my girlfriend but still hangs out with her. I don't know how he does it, and why I put up with it. Then again, it's an ongoing thing and you can read about it in my thread.
