Compromise

Recommended Posts

Not sure how many of you recall my 'anti strippers at bucks nights' stance? But it looks like we came to a compromise.

Bucks Night = Drunken stupidity, most likely a weeknd away. No strippers!

Hens night = Dunno what yet as I have no bridal party. No strippers!

However a week or so before the Hens/Bucks night we shall all meet up and go for a night out on the town together! (read strip club).

Considering I was going to refuse geting married to someone just because I knew the stripper on their bucks night would 'cause trouble' I think I have come a long way.

Some may say that I am being paranoid and possesive, but he is happy with it. Not to mention we have no plans on getting married for the next 10 years :o

Anyne else done anything like this?

No but me likie!

GREAT compromise. Are you going to a womens strip club?

You know, don't be so hard on yourself. Strip clubs are intimidating and it may be not so much that you don't trust him as that it brings up body and sex issues for women. Not to mention that there's no female equivalent to the boy's clubs. I mean, we all just sit around an laugh at the male strippers. who are all gay anyway! which is how it should be. but we know it isn't like that for the men, now don't we. It is the unknown that is the biggest unfairness. So how great that you will be with him!

I've never even been to a strip club and want to go but feel that I should now b/c now I have children and it'd be so raunchy. It's just curiosity you know?

I applaud you and your husband for reaching this respectful and fun compromise! Bravo.

Yes, we both enjoy the female figure and I would rather watch woman strip :D then men strip

My main fear is that he will get turned on by them and then keep that image. Silly I know but :o we all have our concerns. I am not scared of him cheating. I am scared of holding onto that image that ge got while being a 'free man'

haha exactly. I have a man strip infront of me before (at a club). He was orange from fake tan, he hadoild his chest and then demanded I rub my hands over it...he hadn't shaved in a while...urgh stubley chest

The women at strip clubs are usually your run of the mill ouse wives or college students. I have never met one who wasn't a darling and all of them love it when a chick comes in, that I have seen. They usually end up dancing in front of you, I suppose because it is a nice break from the oogling men. I was/is bisexual so I find myself getting a little turned on, but mainly for my boyfriend. Woman are just nice to watch half nekid (strip clubs make women look so much nicer than porno's and soft porn, because they are real)

I am kinda happy too. I think my partner would prefer no strippers at his bucks night/weekend but we both know his mates will orgaise something (as he did with his mate when they got married).

:bunny:

Let's see how it works out....when we actually get enganed and married...

Glad you worked out a compromise. Seems you have definately crossed a bridge before you came to it.
