Mm's wife threatening me with court..
what can she do to me legaly..i have never met her husband in person, never had sex with him, but he is leaving her for me..worried because she has physicaly abused him..and is threatening to murder me and drag my name through the courts

Wait...like, simultaneously? I don't think that's possible.

However, in some states you can be sued for alienation of affection by the betrayed spouse.

Why are you pursuing someone else's husband?? And have you actually heard from her directly or is HE telling you this? Remember, this MM is lying to his wife so don't you think he'd also lie to you as well? Considering you've not met him in real life you really do not know him at all.

Either way, I would stop ALL contact between you and this MM. Are you sure you want to be involved in such a mess?

Have you actually heard both the MM and the W's voice on the phone in all this? Is it just some nut job playing you online?

Actually, it could just be a man and woman playing you online.

Whatever... I think it would be very hard for them to prove anything you did was ruining their marriage. Just claim you thought it was a bit of fun.

But, on balance... probably just some nut getting their kicks online.

He is leaving her for you and he hasn't met you in person?

Uh, either this is a troll or you should run and hide from that man. Forget the wife, it's the husband that would leave a marriage for someone he's never met I'd worry about.

Put them both on ignore and move on.

I'd absolutely agree with Craig. Any person who would get that involved with someone they've never met could have some serious issues.
