The Only way to lose weight....
exercise.
I keep reading book after book after book and they all say the same thing:
DIETS DON'T WORK
That doesn't mean eat whatever you want. But cut out the
bad foods (or at least limit them) and eat more Fuel Type
foods. Don't go on a "i'm only going to eat salads for a week"
kinda thing, cuz the only thing you're going to lose is Water Weight.
Miracle Diets don't work either, why do you think Atkins is going Bankrupt?
Exercise, Exercise, Exercise and if you don't have time for exercise, make time.
