Did Estranged Husband Glue Locks?
I came home the other day and found the locks on my security door filled with superglue. My mother thinks my estranged husband did it. I'm not sure if he did. He is a diagnosed paranoid schizophrenic but hasn't had any symptoms since he was put on medication a few years ago. He also takes medication for depression and high blood pressure. (He's 41 years old and acts 81.) Anyway, he moved out this past April when he suspected I was having an affair. But, before that he was always disappearing for days at a time. The day I went into labor, in fact, he was gone. We'd later find him sleeping in the desert. He said he kept running off because he didn't make me happy. After about four years of this nonsense, he finally admitted he was going to the desert because *he* wasn't happy. Anyway, he hasn't held a job since he left in April (his exit was my birthday present, he said). He was always a heavy drinker, but claims he has given it up because he knows it disgusts me. Anyway, he sits in a recliner and rocks back and forth (he also has a motion disorder) and thinks a lot about winning the lottery. He has borrowed money from me but does nothing in return. He did mow the grass, but mowed down the flowers, too. (He says he didn't see them because the grass was too tall.) Coincidentally, while he was here, the shower head was mysteriously twisted to spray all over the bathroom. I should add that he made coffee from toilet water for a boss he despised...But, outwardly, he seems like a nice guy. Everybody likes him! Okay, I could go on and on, but I'm taking up too much time. He admitted to being at my house the day the locks were glued. But he says my mother did it to blame him. I don't know what to believe!
