Well do they?(along with regular exercise & change in eating habits)

probably, but if you are doing the other- diet and exercise- you shoukldn't need the pill.

The only diet pills that DO work are not good for you. If you're serious, talk to your doctor about a persribed diet pill-don't waste your money on any other junk.

lose weight

the only known way to lose weight and keep it off for the long-term is to cut your calorie intake a bit every day ( a few hundred cal/day) and exercise regularly (minimum 3x per wk for 45 minutes).

this has to be kept up for the rest of your life.
