I know everyone up here have been heart-broken by their exes leaving them. i have been hurt just like everyone else on the LS,but i have over-came the hurt,pain and suffering. Remember,break-ups are a learning experiences for all of us. you love,live and you learn,even from your own mistake.

Heart-break and hurts can make a better man and woman out of you to. Even,if the break-up were some of our fault. Never put all the blame on your ex. make sure you put some of the blame on yourself,because if the healing process between you and your ex is to take place. you must look yourself in the mirror and say "Hey you" it was some of my fault to,but i will make myself a better mate next time around,

It been six months for me,since the ex broke it off. it was some of my fault that she left. Before, i was putting all the blame on her,but as soon as i start putting some the blame me..then i forgave her. then that when my pain starting to heal. You must first forgive yourself,then your ex,before the healing process can take place.


As i say in my other post: "Never put no-one or love anyone more than "God or yourself" "God" first,then yourself,your children,if you have any...and then everybody else become last,even your man or woman. Remember this,if everybody else forsake you..even your man or woman. at least you have" God", Yourself and your self-respect to fall back on.



"Don't worry be happy" there is a better future for all... in the year 2005.
