Hey guys and gals how are all of you....

Here is my question. I was at a b-day party, things were nuts and I was tottaly hammered out of my mind. Dont get me worng I did nothing stupid.........

A few of the people there introduced me to a girl. She was nice and all. But here is the thing people were pressuring her to meet me as well. Now when we met the conversation was pleasent and she was very pretty. We talked for like 20-30 min not very long. I never asked her for any of her info other then her name. Then near the end of the conversation she is like here is my number and email. She gave it to me and then she is like will u remember. Then she got pen and I wrote it down and she took the paper and she made sure I had it right. And she started mingaling there after with other party goers and I was doing the same.

But for the rest of the night we did not talk mainly cause we did not see each other. Now I feel funny about this cause I am not sure if she gave me her info cause she was pressured to meet me. And the other thing is when i email her what should i say, or how should i start. Further more is she showing interest or was she just being nice, but I did catch her glancing my way a few times over the night.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

I have the paper but I am a little worried cause I am not sure what to say to her. I was thinking about sending a email first I guess just to sort of feel things out and some of my friends are telling me the same thing.

My problem is what to say in the email. I got out of a long term relationship about almost a year ago and I have dated but nothing serious, but with this girl it could be different as everyone tells me that she is a great person and not to mess things up.

Now I dont know her, and I dont want to come across the wrong way to her. Do you have any suggestions as to how to start the email or the conversation, a ice breaker if you will. Plus how long should I wait before I contact her. My friends are saying wait a week other are saying I should have right away. I am so confused things were much different when I was younger.......

I am confused about the fact that she gave me her info and was pretty atiment to make sure I had it right, but then other then a few glances here and there we did not talk. Is she playing hard to get if you will, or she waiting for me to make the first move? When we talked we had a few laughs and we joked around a bit and she was very pleasent.

Plus the major thing i am affraid of is being rejected or for to be like I was just being nice type of a deal. But then again that is a part of life..... But Just really paranoid cause I am not sure of her reaction cause I could not really get a read on her. Also the other fact that being we were pressured into meeting eachother.

Go for it big boy. She would not have given you the digits if she didn't want you to contact her. If you feel a little strange calling her then definately e-mail her. She's probably a little shy too. Don't wait!!!! Let us know

I want to email her but I am not sure what to say to her. I was wondering if you can give me some advice as to what to say or at least how to start the conversation. I have not talked to a girl like this in a very long time. I have no idea where to start.

O.K. - Take a deep breath Just pull up her address and say "Hey what's up?" I met you the other night at _______'s party and thought I'd give you a "shout" . Ask her how things are going and if you're really brave maybe just maybe ask her to meet you for coffee or drinks??????

If you are not comfortable with that then wait for her response and if it's a good response mail her back until you get the nerve to talk in person with her.

She didn't give you the info for no reason - remember that. If she wasn't interested she would have just brushed you off.

You don't know me at all and you're doing great with the mail. Just be yourself. Relax and remember if you're breathing you're doing great All you have to do is breathe and everything else comes naturally. I know - I know easier said than done.
