I do not believe that becoming involved with your gf's mom, in ANY way other that the perfectly ordinary, is a good idea. She (your gf) will NEVER forgive you for it!!
If you are not absolutely positive it was a move, you just suspect it, ignore it and act like nothing happened. If it was an explicit move, tell her never to do it again and threaten to tell her daughter.
As redwinged said, don't get involved with her.
don't even think about it!
She is either testing you (a not so remote possibility)or she is one sick mother.
