If you want to lose vanity pounds, or shall we say inches, then do cardio. Work out on a tread mill, go for long walks, or start to jog. You do not necessarily have to change your diet to accommodate for this. Definitely speak to a doctor, or another qualified individual about what is healthy for you to lose. This would depend on a few different factors, such as age, your BMI, and present diet and level of activity.
I'm still trying to shave off this last inch from my tummy, but then again I've skimped on the cardio. So it's no huge deal

But definitely increasing your activity might get rid of some of that vanity fat which is bugging you, and you won't need to alter your diet. Just be sure to eat healthy.

Keep in mind that's a cold height, none of that "billed" up stuff most people like to do , and I have small bones, which I think can be used to factor in the amount of weight.

The "big boned" and "small boned" thing is just a myth. That won't even enter into it.
