this is for anyone who cares about their bodies
DONT GO ON ATKINS AND DONT STARVE YOURSELF!
these are bad for you. here are some ideas that can work for you that have worked for me:
1 Eat more but less meals throughout the day, stop eating by 6
Fuel throughout the day revs your metabolism
2 Eat everything in moderation
Follow servings
3 walk 10,000 steps/day aside from your normal exercise routine
In two and a half months you can lose at least 2 percent body fat
4 DO muscle work with weight resistance EVEN if you are a girl
Your muscles are critical for helping you burn fat even if you are not looking to be another Arnold
5 (VeryImportant!) DONT overdo it
it will give you horrific results, you may lose weight but it will be your muscle, and when you lose what you want you will eat more again and will gain it back or possible more
6 Never give up,
anyone with hope can do it
