NO, kidding. I think leave it up to the girl. There's nothing more unattractive than having two guys badmouthing each other and other equally, well, girlish things.
If the girl is in fact interested in one or the other of you, the other should be a gentleman and back off. Then if things don't work out the other one could make another attempt.
