Is it bad if your boyfriend compares you to his ex-wife sexually saying that "you body reminds me of her but you put extra on top of that! And I love it!" Did he put his foot in his mouth because he didn't know how to phrase what he really meant or do you think he misses her? He also said he likes the fact that I understand that everyone has flaws....but I think it is my fault because I have an ex husband and I bought up the subject first....I told him he reminds me nothing of my ex...help!

I wouldn't worry about it. Everyone has compared their current mate with an ex in someway or another. Its natural. Though he shouldve been more respectful in some ways from mentioning that to you. Did he just say it this once? If so, then I would assume he just put his foot in his mouth.

well, like I said, I started it and he says that he hides nothing from me and I believe him...but yes, he has only said that once...

It sounds to me like he was trying to compliment you - albeit clumsily.

I think so too....i just am wary sometimes because of the horrible realationship i just had....but overall, he is really nice.
