acne from bodybuilding?

Ive been working out for about 6mth's now and ever since I started I have been getting acne on my forhead chest and back. I never had this problem before I started working out. Could this be caused from an increase in testosterone or something?I dont know what else it could be. I do have oily skin and bathe sometimes twice a day. I'm a very clean person. I dont get it! Is this the price of a buff physique. The guy's I see on tv and soforth are built and no acne. Any idea's or advice greatly appreciated.

One piece of advice is to drink TONS of water. I work in an environment where people sweat a great deal. We have all found that we sweat what we drink. Water is much better and cleaner for the pores than beer or soft drinks.

Also, keep a clean rag or washcloth with you to use when you wipe the sweat off. Using your hands, which aren't necessarily clean, only wipes the unseen dirt and grime into your facial area.

Age may also play a factor....

I'm in my mid 30's. I mostly drink water and an occasional diet soda. I eat healthy.
I have changed jobs in the past 6 mths where I did work I would sweat all day and the job I have now is in a controlled environment (no sweat).
When working out I don't get really sweaty. Mabye I should start aerobics or something to make me sweat hard.
That could be it!! The pores are getting clogged up from not enough sweating.

I have used st.Ives apricot medicated scrub and its working. The bumps are about all gone. I also have been keeping my pillow cases and bedding changed. atleast every three days. Ive been told that with me having oily skin that it would be a good idea. So far everything looks good. Clearing up fast. I also have been cleaning with alcohol to to help keep my skin dry. I just hope it continues to clear and not come back.

Also, make sure not to take any illegal chemicals.
Most bodybuilding chemicals cause back acne.

I dont use drugs. I figure it is from the extra testosterone and not sweating out. Ive also started taking vitamins A, B-1, B-12, C with rose hips. In addition to the St. Ives apricot scrub its clearing up! I just hope it doesnt reoccure. Is there any other vitamins I should be taking. I drink alot of milk so I dont think I need to take D. How about protein suppliments? I eat alot of protein and very few carbs. Ive heard that too much protein can mess up your liver/kidneys. Is that just if you dont have any carbs?
Thanks guy's I really appreciate your suggestions and comments!!

Great news it is all gone now! thank goodness!
My ex and I are getting back together and having alot of sex
I've been told that sex helps keep your skin clear.
I guess it's getting rid of all the extra testosterone or something !
Any ideas on this one?
