Whats the best way to meet a girl at the bar. Im not really insecure its just that a lot of times ill be at a bar and ill see some girl that i really want to meet (probably because shes cute) but i wont approach her because i feel like an ass. What do girls feel like when they are approached by some guy?

As a chick who frequents bars at least 4 times a week (hey, I'm Australian), I can tell you that the best approach is to be direct and genuine. Fancy schmanzy pick up lines have a success rate of about 0% these days, and you'll just come off looking like a dickhead. If you see a cute looking girl, make eye contact with her first. This way you'll be able to determine whether or not she will be receptive to your moves. If she's waiting for her boyfriend or isn't interested in meeting you, she won't return your gaze and you'll save yourself an embarresing situation. However, if she looks back at you or does any of the following things: flicking hair, smiling shyly, turning hips towards you (all subtle moves girls use to lure attractive guys), then it's all good and you should saunter up to her when the time is right (ie when she's not deep in conversation or being chatted up by someone else) and offer to buy her a drink. I like, 'Hey, my name is.... Just wondering if I could buy you a drink? Let me guess. Is that a (insert name of drink she is holding)...' Most girls appreciate guys who are direct (without being overbearing), rather than sleazy types who are clearly only after one thing.
