I have two friends that are both lesbians. One lives in my city, the other lives in a different state. I've noticed that the city one will bring up being a lesbian in every single conversation, ultimately the topic will return to that, it's pretty annoying to me because I find the topic really boring. With my other friend, we talk about everything and her being a lesbian is brought up very rarely. She's in a solid relationship, they came out to visit, and I thought they were a very sweet and caring couple. The other part is that the city friend claims that she's a not a lesbian anymore, but like I said always keeps talking about it. I think she has issues with herself, she'll keep going on about crushes she has on guys she might have seen only a few times in non-date situations. I also thought she should have told her roomate that she was a lesbian before her roomie moved in, but she didn't tell her til after. Anywayz, is it me, or does this girl have issues?

sounds like she just wants attention, myself. My theory is, the huge fuss someone makes about his/her private life is a cover-up for the lack of said private life!
