low carb diet anyone?
i'm seriously considering trying a low carb diet to try to rid myself of these last ten nagging pounds.
my problem is that i think i am carb addicted and i do get weak and shakie and very irritable without my carbs.
for the most part i already dont eat very much white flour (white death) or sweets, i eat fairly well but i do tend to eat lean cuisines alot and they are like ziti, lasagna, noodles and meatball with a gravy thingy.
they are all under 300 calories a meal and under ten grams of fat too, but they do have a lot of carbs, like up to 32 carbs in some.
so any suggestions on this, like how many carbs is too many, and how to handle the shakes if i get too hungry short of eating carbs.
i would miss my milk the most!
