how to move to the next level PP (if i can)

me and this girl knew eachother for a while,
we were real close.. then lost contact for like 6months, now we are back

im pretty sure she likes me..
-she always wants to drive
-she always wants to pay
-she rest her head/arm on my shoulder
-when we go out and eat.. we touch our legs, idk how to explain
-when standing up right, i get real close, her back touching my front (i think she likes it)
-we met eachothers family
-we both remember stupid stuff about eachother.. EX. like what we were wearing on a random date about a year ago
-she changed her name in my phone.. and put a heart in it <3

OH & in school we rarely do this kinda stuff... we will walk together in the halls, we have the same lunch, but dont eat together (i dont want to sit with her friends, and vice versa)
---
from these things im pretty sure she like me alot, as do i her..

but i want to become BF/GF, but i am extremly shy
i never been in a real relation ship/ but she has
