Guys-what are your first impressions of me?!

Ugh *sniff* grr
I'm fed up of neeeveeer being chatted up or flirted with by guys. I'd like a relationship...but also even to just be made feel somewhat attractive by guys in bars etc.
(And I may be oldschool, but I do think they should be the initiators I have tried to do it in the past and felt I just came across as desperate...)

Also, I *know* I should just 'let it happen' because loves comes when you're not looking...but i've been not looking for quite a long time and it's gotten me nowhere!

Anywho, I've never really asked guys what are their first impressions of my looks (as that's what's so important for that vital wink lol!) and what it is about me that is apparently unattractive...

Thanks for any help...I'd be fascinated

Is this a real post or a troll? My spidey sense tells me that this is a troll post.

Your eyes.. your left eye is way higher than your right eye... kind of strange actually.

I think you're OK... a little on the 'chunky side" though.. just be patient.

It's the eyes. I'm sure of it. I know there are ways of correcting that surgically, and there's a good chance insurance may cover it if it is actually a deformity.

Not the best morph, but here's how it might look with it fixed:

I think this would be a very good investment for you, as the rest of your face is attractive and inviting.

Agree with the asymetry of the eyes, this will probably be the first thing people notice. Smile is nice.

Probably not chunky at all, it's that style of top which gives women the 'preggy look' that is adding phantom weight on.

Nice looking girl, beautiful skin, hair, smile, facial structure, except for the imbalanced eyes... usually beauty is associated with symmetry, so that could be initially off-putting, although I would think a good personality would counter-balance that....

In my opinion you appear to have a decent enough face to be much more attractive (dunno if the 2nd pic was a legit one ???) but you don't know what my standards are so I don't know how you can judge...

Why are you just willing to let things happen? Why don't you start talking to guys at bars and outside of them? It shows confidence and personality.

Where and how have you been looking for guys?

Thanks for the replies...
Right...I'll be off to buy a big pair of sunglasses and to invite that top to a very hungry flame...the "preggy look" Athena?! Haha yikes the look that every girl strives for!!!

Shadowplay - thanks for the morph work! Hmm I know I shouldn't be surprised but I am sooo used to 'me' lol as in my face, including my eye assymetry that I really don't even notice it anymore-unless I 'flip' a picture digitally so it's not how I'm used to seeing myself in pics, and admittedly does look rather strange

I certainly have considered plastic surgery (following quite a few 'non-plastic' ones since childhood) but the most recent surgeon I visited who had the best reputation, first said that he has a little 'scale of beauty' he goes by - people are 1.Beautiful 2. Normal 3.Ugly or 4.Grotesque. He followed that by telling me ..."Well you're not grotesque". Quite the charmer! He said (and others have too...but I'd be very interested in anything else u know of!) that he *could* operate but it'd be major surgery of moving bones etc with a risk of nerve&sinus damage as well as the great possibility of no overall improvement.

I actually do have an appointment in a few weeks with a different specialist (none of these are 'just' general plastic surgeons) but i just don't know....because it's not just that one eye's lower than the other that makes it assymetrical but it's (*deep breath* I never actually tell people this!) an artificial eye so it doesn't 'follow' properly when I'm not looking straight at something..

e.g. (and even *I* can see that this looks weird! )
http://s766.photobucket.com/albums/x...rrent=ghjd.jpg
So I don't think i could ever actually be symmetrical...

YIKES lol sorry I didn't mean to turn this into a self-help, medical, spill my woes type thread...i think I was just wondering how I (and my buddy A.Symmetry) are perceived at first glance (as my family & friends are so used to 'us' now too. )
So thanks for the input!

And err no I'm no troll!

I just want to say that I admire your strength of character to put yourself out here for "judgement" - whatever decision you come to, just make sure it is the right one for you and not done just to attract a man.

I personally wouldn't have the surgery. How old are you?

Agree with Carhil, probably suggest you don't have surgery. You really do seem to 'have your sh*t together' as they say, you seem to have a good strong personality, that'll take you a lot further than symmetry
