Thank you. I try to find things to keep me happy, I really do but lately I just haven't been able to get out of this depression and not to mention these nightmares of being paralyzed in my sleep. I just want this case to be closed in our favor and over with.

Your mom hangs up on you, so dont call her. let her know her idiocy wont be tolerated. You have to have self respect just because she's your mom does not give her the right to walk all over you.
Dont sweat the other things such as the car. You just make sure that the lawyers have proof and you know what it's better if you filed the lawsuit in her district to get things poppin!!!
Stay NC with her and lets see what happens. Your sister is probably missing you guys alot and your mother is gonna ruin her life by aleinating her from you guys. I'm surprised that the court system hasnt moved faster, maybe you can oil the gears by taking your story to the local newspaper or some politician with a political power base.

Well it looks like I won't be seeing my sister at all this month. *sigh*
The reason why the car issue is so important is because the car is in my dad's name, it's his car, but my mom has "exclusive" use of it.
Our lawyer STILL hasn't called us back yet. So we are going to try calling him tomorrow morning.
What I am worried about is if we get a new lawyer I know it's going to take awhile for the new lawyer to take over but I want to go back to court before school starts because it's my senior year and I have hard classes and I want to be able to enjoy my last year of high school and not be all tired. I'm depressed and exhausted enough as it is.
