Paying full attention to you in one class and then completely ignoring you in another is just odd. The possibility with the other guys is that there's some beef between them and you, and if she shows support for both sides, she'll catch flak for it. From what info I have, my guess is that she likes you. The only way to find out for sure is to roll the dice and ask her to the dance.
As to how to ask her, I'd catch her after school or during lunch when she's not surrounded by people or in a hurry to get somewhere. That way she's not hurried to give an answer (as hurrying an answer usually results in a negative response) and she's not immediately influenced by any outside pressure.
