Back to the Future

When they make the next installment of "Back to the Future," I'm sure somehow the missing posts will be restored for theater audiences. I promise to watch the flick closely when it comes out.

RE:

Thank you, Paul.

I'm glad the website is back up. Finally!

To me, it seemed much longer than a day.

Anyways, hopefully things will get back to normal. Whatever normal is, around here.

Thanks you guys.

I'm just glad it's back up now! You guys always do an amazing job, so thank you for working so hard, as I am sure you have since this occurred.

It seems a little less weird and scary since last night now that posts have appeared.

You know, I'm just so impressed by the way you guys handle "catastrophic events" such as this. You always inform your customers in a timely manner, explain what the problem is, give an ETA of when you expect it to be fixed - and are unfailingly polite, dignified and compassionate in the messages you publish. Not to mention the site's user-friendly design, and the way it's monitored and maintained. This is the epitome of what Bill Gates talks about when he says "anticipating your needs" - he could certainly take a few pages out of the LoveShack book!! Kudos to Paul, Tony and the entire LS team who keeps this fabulous site going. I'm watching you guys... you're my litmus test for excellent customer service in my own IT career.

They'll all spill out of a spaceship one day, along with the missing pilots from the Bermuda Triangle, socks that get eaten in the washing machine, etc. It'll all come out in the wash.

Now I've got this mental image of you as a bug-eyed Christopher Lloyd, Tony. Oh, it's too early in the morning for this.

Until then, you could check what has been archived by the Wayback Machine http://web.archive.org/ if you can't wait!

Well,

I see that my "No Way Out" thread and its 300 some responses is completely gone...

Maybe that's a good thing after all.

Haha... I checked my 'threads started' by me and I am down for "What is your rave" and "tampon got stuck".

I was making sure my BC thread was still there - there is some stuff that is really important to me in there, and am busily copying it down now for myself.

I missed you all!

And break up? What break up? I never broke up with anybody?

How very cathartic: I'm kind of glad those threads are gone. Forgiven and forgotten.
