To the Point were we can not Talk!!

Well, for those of you who know me and my story, it has turned ugly! I have moved on and she is finding things to fight with me about. I have had enough and now I told her we will not speak or see each other. I will only text and email about our son and the sale of the house. The house, she now wants to live in. I told her to buy me out and it is hers! I am cutting her off from me. She goes back and forth with me, nice then hatefull. I have had enough. I tried to be nice and civil, well that is over. Now it is no contact. I do not want to hear her voice or see her face. She is going on a cruise next week with the OM and I can not wait until she leaves. You guys warned me this was going to happen. It just pisses me off so much. I never wanted any of this!

Don't worry. Just continue doing what you are doing and just go NC. Don't feed in to her anger. I believe in terms of break-ups that anger = guilt. But, that's me. My cheating x was so angry at me and all I did was try and make him happy and that made him even madder. She's trying to justify what she's done.

Let her go be with the OM. You only need to speak to her regarding the hosue and your son...just don't stoop to her level of negativity...for your son...continue to be the bigger person.

Take care.

I know what you mean... my ex moved to another state and we have to mail stuff back and forth. I had just thrown out some birthday cards and realized even her handwriting pissed me off so I printed up a bunch of address and return address labels and sent them to her to use because i didn't even want to see her handwriting. It's OK to be angry, the way I think of it (I'm an engineer) if you were to plot your emotions on a graph following a divorce, there are the lows where you are upset and sad, and at the other end are the peaks of being angry and hostile. Eventually... the graph levels out and instead of peaks and valley's you have a straight line which is you being indifferent, not upset, not mad, not anything. So think of it as a required part of the curve.

I like that! That's a good way to look at it!
