How many issues detected in routine blood test?

OK, so last Thursday at my own request, I get a routine blood test. I like to keep an eye on cholesterol, triglycerides, etc. every couple of years. Plus, I haven't exactly kind to my body since last summer (when my wife left). They tell me routine turnaround time is 3-4 days. Today, I get a call and they want me to come in to discuss the results with my doctor... So obviously something is up and I'm already freaking out.

How many things can they detect when it's a routine test i.e. not testing for anything serious? Right? Riiiiiight?? Anyway, my appointment is tomorrow (I had originally booked for Friday then realized I'd go insane by then and rebooked). Somebody slap me...........

It could be to tell you to watch your cholesterol or blood sugar. Maybe he calls everybody in to just tell them the results. My doctor went over my levels and told me they were good. I hope he has good news. Good luck.
