Hey ladies. Well, I've been an avid bodybuilder for a while now, so I naturally give my body a lot of respect and care. I think my lifestyle of maintaining this "Olympian" figure has led me to prefer woman with more muscular/toned bodies, while still having nice curves. Sort of like I'm searching for the female counterpart to myself; one thats very fit and attractive, but someone who isn't "promiscuous."
So with that said, just curious, how many of you woman regularly workout and maintain fit, athletic bodies? I just want to know if my dreams are a bit far fetched.

Since we aren't where you are, it doesn't really help to take a poll here.
You're in the gym all the time - how many fit, athletic women do you see? And how many do you see at your job, your neighborhood, where you hang out?
I'm fairly toned but far from cut, since I'm not fond of defined muscles on womens' bodies. I do have curves and some abs, without needing cosmetic surgery. This is not from bodybuilding though.
Right now it's a combination of yoga/pilates 5 - 7 times a week, 20 - 40 minutes a day, interspersed with walking, hiking and other low impact sports, like swimming and blading in the summer.
By no stretch of the imagination, could you ever call me promiscuous!

I have a flat toned stomach, and have an athletic build..with hips which are annoying, I suppose thats called being curvy though.
I do that by working out at least 5 times a week. I lift every other day, and run at least 3-3.5 miles 4-5 days a week. So that's how I maintain my thin, fit, flat stomach. There are bound to be women like that at your gym.
You actually sound like what my boyfriend does and he is real fit and muscular. He says he loves my curves and body, so that's a plus. Oh, and I met him at the gym if that gives you any incentive.
At equilibrium, the proportions are pin-up-girl-like, which isn't the worst thing in the world. I'm athletic but curvy, I guess - long legs, strong thighs, decent butt, wide hips and shoulders, trim middle, toned arms. I don't work out but I eat fairly healthily and do crazy s!ht that's physically exhausting all the time.
My hubby would be classed as a bodybuilder. I'm a regular gym goer. I suppose I would fit your 'category'. I know my husband liked the fact that I train my body and was into health/fitness like him.
I'd say I'm fairly curvy but also muscular. I have reasonably defined muscles when I'm at my best. I'm currently in the process of cutting up for summer, so I'm working on the definiation right now and reducing my body fat a little.
