Weight loss and exercise habits!
No problems here, just proud of myself and I'd like to share.
I had a terrible winter and just totally overate and gained back a ton of weight where I was previously down to a weight I was very comfortable with and felt sex with.
Recently I've gained control of my eating habits and it seems like its here to stay (I hope I don't jynx myself!), and I've also started exercising almost daily. I love it. As long as I don't over exert myself its really wonderful and I feel myself making improvements in how much weight I can lift and how long I can endure cardiovascularly.
I've lost maybe 5 pounds so far. Not much but I feel like its picking up and I feel like I'm constantly making improvements. I'm very excited! I have about 15 lbs to go until I'll feel like I'm at an ideal weight. Unfortunately its very difficult for me to keep that weight, but I'm hoping with my new eating and exercise habits I can make it happen. It seems I'm much less obsessed with food now than I used to be and its a wonderful feeling.
