Need forearm workout suggestions

Any forearm excercise suggestions.

Currently doing:

Dumbell wrist curls
Cable/pull exercises

I know that alot of exercises work the forearm as a secondary but has anybody hadany luck with anything specific?

Masturbation, but try to alternate hands, or you'll get a little thicker on one side only .

I am not sure what you mean by Cable/pull exercises.

Is that what you call rolling up a weight on a line?

I do cable curls but it doesn't fatigue the forearm anywhere near rolling up a weight.

It uses every muscle in your forearm, really good workout.

Correct me if I'm wrong but don't cable curls mainly target the biceps ?
I always understood the "forearm" to be that area between the wrist and elbow.

Or are you talking about the cable wrist pull where you sit and just use the wrists to flex it back and forth ?

Well, I guess it depends on your gender. For example, I have some excellent suggestions for improving the muscle tone in your index finger. But the forearm gets involved, too. Unless you're ambidextrous, the switching sides things can be a little tricky.

OK, serious reply here Wrist curls, reverse wrist curls, and reverse curls, most emphasis on the wrist curls. Use enough weight so that you get about 12-15 reps per set (forearms are much like calves, we use 'em so much everyday just doing normal stuff that we need to really stress them to make them grow). It'll work.
