Dang. I waned to know what horizontal violence was. And how it was different from vertical violence.

I can answer that, being a fan of MMA.

Horizontal violence - ground and pound.

Vertical violence - toe to toe.

Hm, so are they fighting for the last stapler in the stock room? Fighting each other for promotions in the parking lot? Or is it a fight to the finish for the cubicle near the window?

I suppose it would be possible. It just seems like it would be easier to hold someone down on the ground than in place standing up. I guess you could use a wall.
