Hi all,

Here's the deal. My ex hangs around ALOT of lesbian women. Two of them I know are strictly friends but there is one that I think likes him. She takes him food to the job and always at his events to support him. She accused me of things to get him to look at me differently too. He doesn't have any real male friends to speak of and these lesbians are always around him. They seem to have a great deal of influence in his life and thinking. It seems like whatever they say is gold.

Now there is no doubt about his sexuality (i think). But I am beginning to wonder. It doesn't seem "normal" for straight guys to hang around lesbians all the time (they are all in the same line of hobby). He does like watching two women though and I think one of his last gf's was bi.

Anyone have any insight on this?

I have a lot of lesbian friends, and I don't think it's abnormal.

Keep the lines of communication open. There is nothing wrong with physical attraction, lesbians are awesome, but if he has feelings for her you want him to feel comfortable being upfront about it so you can talk it over rationally. What you don't want is secrets. I would ask him- straight up, what you've asked us. If you let him know honesty won't get him in trouble his answer might surprise you (in a good way) but if he's afraid of a confrontation he's not near as likely to open up.
