Well, there's no easy way to do it and everyone's circumstances are unique.

First and foremost accept that your relationship with this person is over...accept it completely and fully.

Give yourself the time you need to grieve. There's no magic amount of time on this either. It takes as long as it needs to. Don't feel bad for feeling bad. It's natural and normal.

Find things to keep yourself busy. Hang out with friends, create projects for yourself.

Most importantly you must enact the No Contact rule ASAP. Have no contact with this person. Prolonged contact with your ex will only lengthen your recovery time.

Bottom line with it all is it just takes time. It sucks and it hurts but in the end you sorta have to wait it out. Things WILL get better and in time you will feel better.

For that matter this forum is a great outlet. It's a great place for support and to just vent your emotions which is an important part of healing.

i broke the NC rules! i went to his place, msg him! called him! he did so weel and not responding to me at all! i am in pain again!
