I've had a girlfriend for two years who has never once betrayed my trust before. She came to me honestly and told me that one of her friends was trying to grab her hands all the time, and eventually they held hands for about 5 minutes before she stopped. She apologized, promised it would never happen again, etc.
I wouldn't make a big thing of it. If holding hands with another guy is the worst she's done then you've gotten off very easy compared to many of us here.
