My bf loves weed more than me!!!

My boyfriend used have this huge problem with weed a year and a half ago. When i met him, he had decided to quit and clean up his act!! 7 months later he has started again. everyday smoking but we decided to travel europe together and we came to london i was working he was smoking for 4 months. now he has a really stressful job in real estate in london where he works 9am to 8 pm 6 days a week. but he spends monday to thursday with music coz his a dj too. friday he has a work meeting and then drinks with his work mates.

instead of coming home he'll stop at another friends place to burn one and instead of being home at 10 his comes home at 1 or 2am Saturday is his day off but we spend only a couple of hours together cause his on his phone most of the day but when we together his smoking it again then goes to see friends and comes back trashed. on sunday i have to struggle for and hour or two to get him out of bed to get to work at 9. when his finish at 5 he walks into the house at 10 so high then roles another one eats all the food in our place and then crashs. it happen like that all the time. its been 2 months now
what should i do?
