When You Suspect Infidelity In Your Marriage

Well, she took her jewelry box and important papers out of the house yesterday. I guess it's over...but still denies she hasn't gone to a lawyer and/or wants a divorce. My best guess is she is in the process of filing. Seems she wants to go through the motions of closure and end it because she doesn't want to work on any solutions to fix the marriage.

She tells me that she wants to work the marriage and that I need to get employed full time before we can do anything. I believe the third party in our marriage has control of her and is coaching her what to do. What do they call them, Poachers... Any solutions offered to fix our problems comes back with "Do This First"

Talk to a Lawyer and said I'm not in a good position financially but on the positive side still have half a house.
